BOMES is added at the beginning of the process of grinding (cutter process) to ensure uniform distribution of dyes in the meat mass. Before use, it is recommended to dye previously dissolved in a small amount of water.
BOMES is added in an amount of from 1 to 3 g / kg of meat mass, depending on the desired color intensity of the finished meat product.
